ARTMOSH SHIPPING

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into shop @ artmosh.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our French distribution center.

Orders placed will begin processing within, 24h except on holidays, and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Art Mosh will contact you by email.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holdidays.

Please note: We do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders shipped via EXAPAC or normal post can arrive on Saturday , but all other methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday .

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Artmosh, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, ( any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return shipments if you live outside the EU), and the cost of returning the package to Art Mosh. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please note we cant ship to P.O. Boxes Addresses.
Art Mosh is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond their control.
We can ship outside Europe ( EU) for certain items, method and cost T.B.C. with customer first.
We do not ship to freight forwarders.  

SHIPPING METHODES AND DELIVERY TIME WITHIN EUROPE ( EU )
We ship with EXAPC door to door, it takes approx. 2 -5 working days. Cost on HP, LTD Watches, LTD Print approx. 11 euros, 10GBP, based on 1 item. For other items we will price it based on size, weight and insurance cost.
